Violence can unfortunately happen anywhere within any community.

Everyone feels angry sometimes, but it’s what happens next that matters.

It might be a random person at a bar, another car on the road, or a colleague that rubs you the wrong way - and before you know it, they have triggered an intense and overwhelming feeling.

It’s normal to be frustrated by other people or uncontrollable events. You might even feel like yelling or lashing out… but that one moment can lead to a lifetime of regret, or even worse.

It’s simply not worth it. There’s help available to notice the signs and manage your reaction without harming others, or yourself.
